Policy

This Copyright Policy applies to the Quoteyou app ("App") operated by McMack Media LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and outlines our policy regarding copyright infringement claims and protection of intellectual property rights.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.

If you believe any content accessible on the App infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further details):

Our designated copyright agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement can be reached at:

Only DMCA notices should be sent to the designated copyright agent. Any other inquiries, such as product support, reports of other policy violations, or general questions, should be directed to our support team at support@quoteyou.app.

Please note that if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity on the App is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the designated copyright agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;

2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;

3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content; and

4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in the State of Delaware, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by the designated copyright agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it within a reasonable time period. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, within 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the App and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Changes to this Copyright Policy

We may revise and update this Copyright Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter. Your continued use of the App following the posting of a revised Copyright Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
