Return Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and the item is defective or it is the incorrect item, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product is defective
Product is not as described
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Returning Items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first at support@quoteyou.app and provide a clear photo of the item showing the issue. We will review the email within 2 business days and determine if the item is indeed defective or not as described and issue a refund to your original payment method if so.Â
Please note that due to the custom nature of the products offered on Quoteyou, returns are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, product, or simply changed your mind.
